Problem just started on it's own

This problem just started one day on its own - I have no idea what happened. The product images are very distorted. The pages titled "Welcome" and "Shirt Styles" are displaying fine - it's once you get past that point that the images distort (on the "Product Options" page and then also on each of the product pages). For some reason it is stretching the width of the image all the way across the page. Right-clicking the image tells me that the width is 1500 px!!! when really the pictures are only 450 px wide. Any help on how to fix this problem would be great! Thanks.

Try reloading the images in binary format ie ftp in binary format.

it's not a problem with the picture itself, it's the coding - when you "click to enlarge" the picture, it opens in pop-up window and looks perfect... it's just on those pages i mentioned. it's been so long since i created this store that i don't really remember which php files to edit in order to fix something like this. if i could just get into the proper file i'm pretty sure i could fix it (i think, lol).

Did you set the image size in admin?

oh, and btw - this store is not my own - i'm just the one who helped configure it way back when it opened. i an not responsible for the contents.

Looks like someone installed a module either incorrectly or one that does not work.

Or the height of the store is restricted in some way, could be anything.

Check your admin picture settings and the settings for any mod installed.

The code is telling it to display 1500 x 225

If it was 150 x 225 that would be exactly 1/3 the true image size.

I think someone "typo'd" an extra ZERO somewhere...

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

Start by looking in Admin --> Configuration --> Images

the only image options there are:

small image width: 100

small image height: 80

heading image width: 57

heading image height: 40

subcategory image width: 100

subcategory image height: 57

calculate image size: true

image required: true

Beats me.

Somewhere something in the code is saying 1500.

Just look at the HTML source on one of the screwed up pages.

	<td align="center" class="productListing-data"> <a href="http://computerloveonline.com/oscommerce2/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=33_21&products_id=28"><img src="images/style1-black.jpg" border="0" alt="T-SHIRT: ISO NSA FUN: BLACK" title=" T-SHIRT: ISO NSA FUN: BLACK " width="1500" height="225"></a> </td>

You'll just have to find it.

If it helps any, I'd start in this file:

/catalog/includes/modules/product_listing.php

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
