I would THINK for a sign company, you might want something alittle more graphic and eye catching, seeing as that is your business. There is a Basics For Design thread in the tops and tricks forum here. its a good place to start I might think about centering the entire content in the header, you seem to have A LOT of space your CLICK TO ENLARGE on the product images do not work, i just get alternative text I guess theres not much more to comment on. it is VERY VERY basic. You just changed the colors. A great place for newbies to start Road Map to oscommerce File Structure DO NOT PM ME FOR HELP. My time is valuable, unless i ask you to PM me, please dont. You will get better help if you post publicly. I am not as good at this as you think anyways!
