I have even tried using my master password, and that doesn't work, either. I get a "Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password" message. I tried to have it send me a new password, but that doesn't work, either. I get a "Error TEXT_NOT_APPROVED" message. This is a huge problem, as I am running a live store. If anyone has any clue what could be wrong, please let me know! Here's more info: - The template did not require me to do anything to the SQL db. - I can still see that all of my customers still have accounts from the Admin page. If anyone has any idea or suggestion, please give me some. - Rich
