Its as easy as just changing payment modules in the shop admin Just remember if you sign up for and use PayPal Pro, PayPal requires you to have SSL and also to enable PayPal Express Checkout at the same time. The difference between PayPal Express and all other PayPal metodes is that the express option is show to your customer in the shipping cart page and not on the checkout payment page. (The customer can can click on the "PayPal Express Checkout" button on the shopping cart page and be sent to the paypal login page and checkout and purchase from your site without having to go through your sites checkout process.)
