However, the first was made incorrectly because the SKUs were not placed in the model field. The second one was done correctly. I wanted to delete all the items, then use EP to throw in the newer product list (12,000+ items) will this negatively effect the existing orders? Baskets/sessions may be a bit of a problem as they will refer to / try to update products you have just deleted so they would need to be cleared out as well.
