how to change pic size?

how do i make my pics different sizes? in the admin it only allows 1 pic size.

 

example: i sell decals and one decal can be 120 pixels x 30 pixels and the other could be 40 x 40 pixels

but i have it set to 120 x 30 pixels and the 40 x 40 will be all stretched and distorted.

any help please.

For consistency the sizes are only 1 size option. I would advise that you get a photo editor and make all of your images the same size.
