"No Product Found" when clicking on product title! HELP

Hey Guys,

 

Have a look at www.chocolatenation.org on the home page.

If you click on the product title on the home page it directs to "PAGE NOT FOUND"

However you can click on the image and it works.

 

Any help would be great.

When I mouse over the image the url ends with "products_id=106" for example, but when I mouse over the product name it ends with "products_id=" no number at the end. Incomplete url.

 

That is only at your home page, when using the navigation bar to go to the chocolate page, both url's are the same and it works there. just complete the url and everything shoud work fine.

I alo need to know how to do this i have been looking into this all day, 5or more hours atleast wasted.
