Changing the Pictures in Subcatagories

Hi,

 

I have just installed oscommerce-2.2rc2a and in process of uploading stock to the site.

I have noticed that the catagories are not showing the pictures for the links to that particular subcatagory. This is happening to all catagories.

 

 

 

Where would I need to look and change to add a picture to these?
