PayPal Website Payments Standard stopped working with IE7

I've got PayPal Website Payments Standard setup. Up until July 3rd, it was working correctly. Now when a customer goes through the order process and clicks confirm order, they get the following screen:

To add some additional frustration, this only happens in IE7. It works correctly using FireFox and IE6. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Paypal Website Payments Standard, didn't work. I've been on the phone with Paypal for the past hour and they can't figure it out either. Does anyone have any ideas what can be causing this?

In case anyone else runs into this problem, here's a work around, but it will have to be done by the customer. Go to Tools, Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab and click the Sites button. Enter www.paypal.com in the address field and click Allow.
