Show category image instead of name on site?

Just as the topic reads, I am looking to have my categories show up on my site with the image I upload to them instead of the text name. Can I do this?

Thats a cool module, but I'm actually talking about the categories box. The place where you select which category to go into in your website catalog. In the Admin area when adding a new category you can add an image to that category, but what shows up on your site is what you name the category ("Category name"). I'm wondering if there is a way to make it show the image you added (Category image) instead of the actual "Category name".
