I have recently taken over working on this site. I have hired a programmer to optimize the site for me.

www.importimageonline.com

I wanted to make sure that the product names were in the title tags, alt tags and in the urls. The programmer created a dynamic system where "imageprint" is in every URL, and then there is "cPath/(ID)" after "index.php". I'm sure that I like the way the site is generating the URLs, but I'm not sure if it matters or not from an SEO standpoint.

Any thoughts on the SEO of the site? Is there a better way to go about this?

I'm going to start working on the design and page layout next.

Thanks!

Matt

yeah, I was just reading that. I'm trying to put it in there now. I think the guy before me commented it out. I'm trying to figure out which file it's in.

its very clean looking. Looks like a template i have seen before, but its so simple its hard to tell. Simple isnt a bad thing though.. I like the banner image, very unique.

i HATE that your images link to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SITE! Why do you have images by someone called jnahm1 on there? And why to they link to webshots.com It would really be good to get rid of those.

Your images are squished in some of the subcategories. You can change this by making the image width or high null. Then it will automatically format to the right non-scewed size.

A lot of your products are missing descriptions

I think it should do well in that area. You have the product/category name in your meta-title and url. But you have the breadcrumb show up only in your subcategories. If you place it back in to show on all pages it would help by showing your product/category name again giving you a bit more weight of what the page is about. Just change the size of the text and keep it where it is at and it should not look bad at all. Plus it helps your customers keep there bearings too.

Thanks Lindsay,

I already started tweaking the images a little. They look better already!

Didnt like having such a vast number of products on the first page but other than that looks nice, clean, simple and professional.
