This way you have to make sure to chmod your files under the server catalog/includes/languages/english to make sure that each php language file is writable. The other way is to edit that file directly on the server. Just a note to keep away frustration, html can be added to each file between the text main ' ' just make sure that you do not use an apostrophe in between the two already supplied, if you do you will get an error when trying to load the page.
