SSL can I turn it off if I had it on when installing

When installing osCommerce I said yes to the SSL not realizing what it was so now anytime I hit "open account" or any number of links I get a error message saying the SSL is too long or something like that.

 

Can I get rid of that setting with out having to totally start all over again?

Yes you can change this in your configure.php files,

One in admin / includes / configure.php

one in catalog .includes / configure.php

 

Change the SSL? to false

Thanks. I was able to do the first one no problem but when doing the 2nd one I keep getting a fatal error and it won't change it from true to false.
