allon Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 Hi, we have 3 options for payment but when selecting the 3rd option it selects the 2nd radio button (being COD). It does some strange stuff when I assign the order - it seems to have a stronghold on the credit card option (1) and everything else comes second and or works... The issue that I have is that when going through payment I cannot select cheque/Money Order (3) I have added other modules like paypal etc which appear but are also not selectable It looks like it can only accept two payment options (Is there somewhere that would restrict it to only two?) I don't know how long it has been like this ( I'll see if they have ever had a cheque or money order) thinking it must be coded somewhere or the cc has precedence or it's a fault because have added shipping options and they work fine I tested it in different browsers and platforms with the same results. I am not sure which version of osc I am running... I am not a programmer, I have just been left in the lurch and am slowly working it out... The site is http://www.leknicks.com Thanks for the help.

Yeah, give them all different sort orders above zero. Make sure that payment zones are set correctly in the modules. If you have a template, the stuff might be hard coded.

Thanks for the response, I'm finding that even if I order them as CC-2, COD-3 and Cheque as 4 (I have also tried 123 etc and flipped the order) that the mouse over works but the radio button that highlights is for number 2. Not sure how to check the payment zones but I'll look at that now thanks
