New items flag

Hello, I am a proud user of OsCommerce, it works perfect for me.

But what I am looking for is a contribution that there is an additional image behind the product description in the listings when there is a new product added.

This image will provide the text 'new item'.

This may be shown with products added the last x weeks.

 

I am not meaning the 'What's new' page, but only the product listings in the index.php.

 

Can anyone help me with this? And if there is already a contribution, can I get a link?
