sackling Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 Hello all. I have been running my store online for 2 years now and all has been going well. recently however my godaddy ssl certificate recently expired. I figured renewing it with godaddy would take care of business however clearly i was wrong. the certificate is now expired on my site even though i have activated it with godaddy. in my godaddy account it shows the old certificate which has expired as well as the new certificate which is activated until 2010. One thing i noticed is that even if I try to access any part of my site in secure https it pops up the warning of an out of date certificate. so this is not really related to oscommerce as much as it is to just plain old ssl. so basically my question is how do I link the new certificate with the rest of my site? thank you as always, Robert
germ Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 Offhand I'd say the new cert. either isn't installed (at all) or isn't installed correctly. In either case, it's something you need to take up with your host. There should only be one SSL cert. repository for your site and it should always contain the latest one (as far as I know). If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
