html code in email message

Hi guys,

 

I've been having problems with the emails I send out. It starts out ok then at the end it shows the html code. I don't know how to fix the problem.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

 

Here's a copy of the email (this one is from creating an account. I also tried forget password, even emails I get from contact us form has the code with it)
