Installed the latest package, reset permission on config and deleted install directories.

Site appears to be finctional with one small bug.

Images do not appear or they are distorted where they do appear.

any suggestions?

Guy

FTP them to the server again, but use BINARY mode this time.

They probably were FTP'd in TEXT or ASCII mode the first time.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

many thanks

Having same problem and not quite sure what you meant by the answer. Are you saying upload the image folder via bianary?

I just did it and the checkout and continue shopping images are still wacked.

Reload any whacked image back to the server in BINARY mode, yes Sir.

I'd need a link to the site to diagnose any image problems any further.

Check the image files on your PC.

If they're whacked there, they'll be whacked on the server.

They stilll have the appearance of a binary file FTP'd in TEXT or ASCII mode to me...

Are you asking me to find each individual image file and upload it seperatly in binary or are the files all in some directory that I can upload an entire file at one time? If so which image file am I looking for?

Earl, maybe it's because they're not in the images folder.

They're here:

/catalog/includes/languages/english/images/buttons

Well, on your site it's:

/includes/languages/english/images/buttons

I'd just FTP that whole folder in BINARY mode.
