blueedge Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 The last couple of times I have when I have login to the admin, I have received an error message. Something is wrong but I don't know what. I can't think of anything that has changed in the admin. After I have entered my email and password, the following error appears: ================================= Error! Unable to determine the page link! Function used: tep_href_link('', '', 'NONSSL') ================================= [Nothing else appears on the page - /admin/login.php?action=process] After a couple of attempts of clicking the "Go" button on the browser window, I am taken to /admin/forbiden.php. On that page, the admin header and left hand nav appear. However, the following message also appears: ============================= Access Denied No Right Permission Access Please contact your Webmaster to request more access or if you found any problem. Error! Unable to determine the page link! Function used: tep_href_link('', '', 'NONSSL') ============================ What is causing this problem? I can't think of anything that has change. Any advice would be appreciated.
BryceJr Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 Log in to osc admin panel. Use search-engine safe urls --> set to FALSE
blueedge Posted July 4, 2008 Author Posted July 4, 2008 Hello, Bryce. Enable SEO URLs has always been set to true. If I set "Enable SEO URLs?" to false, that "locks up" the catalog pages. No product pages can be accessed on the catalog side. I don't think that it it. The error appears on the admin side, where SEO friendly URLs are not applied.
