If so, what would be the proceedure to upload other catalog files or would you even need to? I have a test server running over two dozen osCommerce sites. Install each one just as if it was the first. If your question is geared toward all of them pointing to the same database, then that is a totally different beast. ♥Vger Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 If you want to run multiple osCommerce sites from one db and admin panel then there's the "Multi Stores" contribution. Vger

If I upload another instance to my public_html and then attempt to get to the install page after the upload, the address would be http://mydomain.com/catalog/install. That is the same address that I used to get to install on my first instance upload. I am not quite understanding how to address the second instance.

The install path would be dictated by the actual folder name the new store was uploaded to. For ex: If you uploaded to http://mydomain.com/catalog/ , then your install path would be http://mydomain.com/catalog/install . If you uploaded to a folder named "store2", then the installation path would be http://mydomain.com/store2/install . Note: If you are wanting to install more than one store in the root of your domain, then you should consider the multi-store contribution that VGER mentioned above.
