I have a question, when I add this contribution on modified site, when my products list is displayed instead images of products I receive some image which text is error.

Do you have any suggestions where to change the code to fix this.

Okay here I go again. My problem has to do with the quantity box on the info page. I got it to appear and work without any problem. I have also installed Zappo's Options Type v2 and that went well.

 

My problem now is that when a product has attributes, the quantity box disappears from the product info page and when it has no attributes it's there.

 

Would anyone be able to shed some light? I think the conflict is somewhere in the application_top.php because that's where the 2 contributions meet.

dama, i'm pretty sure thats how it's supposed to work. I mean, you can't add a quantity to a cart if you are required to choose an attribute. You dont want people to add 5 t-shirts to their cart without telling you what size.. right?

Yes, its as lindsay said, enable options (atributes) within listing, detailed in the doc

Thanks for your replies but yes I am building an on line delivery for a restaurant so it is needed. I found the conrol and turned it on and made some changes. Thanks for all of your help.

I have this and your Simple Multi Image Add-on installed and working great, but since product_info.php is so heavily modified beyond recognition, are tabs out of the question here, at least using current contributions?

Yeah, I'd taken a look at that as well. Same issue here. My product_listing.php is way too modified for me to make any sense of it now. Thanks though.

Posted this as a new thread and apparently was not suppose to... so here it is again.

 

I am installing this contribution. I keep getting the following error in my phpadmin

Do you have an issue?

 

You only need that field if you use the 'manufacturers_description' part of the contrib, if you don't use it it don't matter if its there or not.

Its built in, its on the drop, but in the current download that got left set to disabled by default , see in the doc on how to enable.

Thanks Sam, but I think I'm just incapable of RTFM :blink: I looked for it everywhere and could not find how to enable the pagination.

Thanks for the help and the really awesome mod! I'll drop a link here once the site goes up this week.

 

Just a quick FYI, the labels for he drop downs and the "Show All" are hard coded in English. Not a big deal since I'll have the site in only one lang. (Portuguese), but others might find useful to have it in the language file too.

Sorry, wishlist is not part of the default osC file, you must have added it from somewhere.

 

Adding that one line would not do what you want, more code needed, adding it would have other un-related effects instead.

could you give more detals?

 

as stated in the doc the quantity box will only appear if valid for given data, ie if price is 0, or stock is 0, or you have multi cart & attributes, but have not enabled attributes

 

do u see price or stock?.

 

error is oftn due to sql issues, that is created by index.php.
