getitdone99
Hi forum people, We have a cart that is shipping by weight. When we add a product to our cart (testing w/ a 1 lb product) the shipping rate that is show is not correct. Then if we add more products, say just one more that is 1 lb, the shipping adds like .75 - which is now a rate that isn't even in our shipping logic. Can someone please help with the screwy problem! Here is our shipping logic: Table Rate Shipping Options Enable Table Method True Shipping Table 3:12.95,4:13.95,10:15.00,15:20.00,25:30.00,40:45.00,60:55.00,80:70.00,100:75.00, 101:195.00 Shipping Table 2-Day 10:37.95,20:48.95,40:95.95 Shipping Table 3-Day 10:27.95,20:42.95,40:85.95 Shipping Table Next-Day 10:41.95,20:55.95,40:142.95 Table Method weight Handling Fee 0 Tax Class --none-- Shipping Zone --none-- Sort Order 1 HELP! getitdone99
tare weight? Where is that located? I don't know where that is. Can you please assist. And . . . 1) Ground shipping 2) I thought the determination of whether to ship by weight or price was done in Table Method in the shipping module. Is there somewhere else to do that? Are you using decimal weights? For example, 0.50 instead of 1 for the weight. I am having the problem where it rounds it up so when it is supposed to weigh 5lbs because it is 10 items at 0.50lbs. It rounds it up to 1lb per item for 10lbs total instead. Hope someone can help.
