Guest Posted January 3, 2003 Share Posted January 3, 2003 I updated to the new checkout process in November, and since then customer comments are no longer displaying in either the customer order email or the extra order email. Comments do appear in the admin order. I noticed a couple of other postings with the same problem but the only coding revisions I read pertained to payment mods that were not external. :cry: Can anyone help with this, please??!!! My client uses the extra order email to process orders, so it's imperative I find a fix. I appreciate any suggestions.
