Error message in shopping_cart.php

Hi.

I installed oscommerce with a template. Everything seems fine, but the file shopping_cart.php in the catalog directory was not included in my template package.

So I copied the original shopping_cart.php from the original oscommerce package and gets this error at the bottom when viewing shopping_cart.php. The shopping_cart.php loads just fine and is functional, but I get the error message at the bottom:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_show_category() (previously declared in /home/*userid*/public_html/catalog/includes/boxes/categories.php:13) in /home/chjohan/public_html/shop/includes/footer.php on line 130

How do I solve this problem?

any reply is welcome

Well, bumping is against forum rules.

Templates always deviate from the stock osc, so it is best to seek advice from the template provider.

Try commenting out one of the lines mentioned by putting a // at the start of the line and see what happens. If it doesn't work, restore the backup file and try the same thing with the other file.

All of the above comments are good.

One additional:

What is happening is the template provider created a new category menu and renamed the category array within the code. You could search for this needle in the hay stack and then rename the tep_show_category function to tep_show_category2 for example and that "might" take care of your problem. A long shot but...
