Formatting problems in index.php (I think)

Hi all,

I have tried to fix this problem(s) for 2 weeks now and I just cannot get it right. I have tried to redo the code over and over and I just cannot get it to work. I have no clue where this happened either. If someone can point me to the correct files. I belive my problems are in index.php... but I am not sure.

http://creationsfromeden.com/store/index.php?cPath=24 shows the first problem. I want the bar to go right across the screeen as in http://creationsfromeden.com/store/index.php and I don't want the text centered in the middle of the screen. Basically I want iot to look exactly like the latter page.

Then if you go to this page http://creationsfromeden.com/store/index.php?cPath=22_28 my right column is underneath everything instead of on the left. And again, my footer bar is not across the whole page.

IF anyone can help... sigh... I have tried and tried, I've removed code, replaced code etc and all I manage to do is get one thing fixed and the other gets worse, etc. I'm missing something huge evidently. I'm just really frusterated at this point. I have managed to do the rest by myself... but I'm evidently stuck :(

The neat thing about posting to the forum is that, after organizing yourself enough to write a post, you're often sharp enough to solve your own problem. Something to do with creative juices flowing.

Yepp, it sure can be tricky with nested tables.

Could you tell us how you did it so others can benefit from your discovery?

LOL well that is just it... I am not 100% sure. I just kept changing the code and seeing what happened. Eventually it occurred to me that 2 places were missing </table></td> as the closing. I have multiple contibutions installed, so I guess I had lost them when I added a contribution (or two even). The reason I was so frusterated is because everytime I changed the code and did get one part fixed, another part would end up loopy as a result. I just looked for patterns and eventually came to the realization that the code had to end eventually (which it didn't in two places.

I must admit, this has been quite the learning experience. But I've managed to do the whole site by myself! I can honestly say it has also been one of the most frusterating things I have eveer done too lol.
