OSC Affiliate Banner Error

Recommended Posts

The affiliate_show_banner.php page seems not to work properly. When placed in debug mode, the $banner variable, which contains the filename, comes up emtpy, which I presume is the source of the problem.

Checked the database, and all the information is there, and set up properly. The admin area also sees the filename and path properly, as does the link generation page when told to bypass the affiliate_show_banner.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Debug:

Check the paths! (catalog/includes/configure.php)

Absolute path to picture: D:/............/catalog/images/

Build with: DIR_FS_CATALOG . DIR_WS_IMAGES . $banner

DIR_FS_CATALOG D:/.............../catalog/

DIR_WS_CATALOG DIR_WS_CATALOG

DIR_WS_IMAGES images/

$banner [THIS COMES UP EMPTY]

SQL-Query used:

Try to find error:

SQL-Query: No result

Locating Pic D:/................./catalog/images/

failed

I found the fix...

open

affiliate_show_banner.php

and change the following:

Line 124: $pic = DIR_FS_CATALOG . DIR_WS_IMAGES . $banner;

to

$pic = DIR_FS_CATALOG .'/' . DIR_WS_IMAGES . $banner;

Might work for you too.
