Links and Popups in product_info

Hi everyone,

I have a site where I am using a popup window based on an attribute. The popup works great except for one thing. There is nothing other than the text saying click me to indicate that the text is a link. I have tried a number of different things to get the link to display as a link, but they all end up taking me to the index page when I click on them instead of staying on the current product page.

Here's the code I use to get the popup to work:

<a onClick="MM_openBrWindow('../../../ViewerInfo.html','popup','width=800,height=800')">

<img src="../images/QuestionMark.jpg"></a><a onClick="MM_openBrWindow('../../../ViewerInfo.html','popup','width=800,height=800')"> Click here to help you decide which version is right for you!</a>

I have tried using anchors, names, etc., but no matter what I do the clicking of the link opens the window and goes to the index page.

Does anyone have any idea how to over come this?

You can see an example here:

http://www.myvu.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/63

What I want to happen is the currently blue text next to the question mark should look link a normal link.

Please help!

Thanks,

Jon

This is what you have to do:

Check your object name and just replaced it

<td><a href="<?php echo tep_href_link(FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO, 'orders_id=' . $products[$i]['orders_id']); ?>">HERE IS THE TEXT</a></td>

Hope it help

Hi there,

Actually that did not work but I took the concept and came up with this instead:

<a href="<?php echo tep_href_link(FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO, 'products_id=' . (int)$HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id'] ); ?>" onClick="MM_openBrWindow('../../../ViewerInfo.html','popup','width=800,height=800')">

<img src="../images/QuestionMark.jpg"></a><a href="<?php echo tep_href_link(FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO, 'products_id=' . (int)$HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id'] ); ?>" onClick="MM_openBrWindow('../../../ViewerInfo.html','popup','width=800,height=800')"> Click here to help you decide which version is right for you!</a>

And THAT worked, thanks for the help!
