Cannot process payment with Paypal...

I am not the most savvy web guy, but I've done enough work to know my way around a little bit. My brother recently asked me to help setup an online store and I obliged, just wanting to help in anyway I could. I knew about OSCOMMERCE and opted to go with it. It's been fairly simple, and we're almost ready to start loading product and get it running.

The website is www.paintdistrict.com, it's running OSCOMMERCE 2.2 RC2 and Paypal 1.0.

While testing the payment flow, which we are running exclusively through Paypal, everything goes smoothly up until the last stages of posting payment.

We have 2 options running - Paypal Express and Credit or Debit Card (Procced securely by Paypal). When choosing Paypal Express, it will take me to a page on Paypal's website asking me to sign in. I do, and it then takes me to a page to review my information. When I click the 'continue' button, it sends me to a white screen with the following error :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare round_up() (previously declared in /home/paint49/public_html/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php:165) in /home/paint49/public_html/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 165

____

Also, when opting to process by Credit or Debit Card, it takes me to the page within my own site where I enter the credit card information. I enter it, and click continue, then see a red bar on the top of the page which reads:

This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

____

I really hope there is a step I'm missing that will fix all of this. I thank anybody out there for any help they may have as I'm pretty stumped on what to do from here. I haven't had any luck doing searches for these errors, so any help from you guys means a lot to me. Thanks everybody!

Joe.

Why use WPP related EC and DP code.

That needs creating a virtual terminal and an account that will be charged monthly.

I recommend go for Paypal standard that comes with Rc2.

Unless You want people to pay on Your site.

I'll give that a shot...I wasn't aware that was going to be needed. I thought it would simply redirect them to Paypal. Thank you very much, Satish.

implies this "usps.php" file of yours is included twice.

Please, can you explain what WPP and EC and DP mean? I'm getting the same error.

WPP = Website Payments Pro (PayPal product that includes EC and DP)

EC = Express Checkout (Redirects customers to PayPal to log into their account and pay via their PayPal account)

DP = Direct Payments (Allows customers to pay on the merchants website with credit/debit card, customer stays on merchant website and PayPal process the transaction in the background)
