Minor edit?

On www.casualsclobber.co.uk there's a link for 'contact us'. The page it leads to is causing us problems which are down to our hosts (we believe) but they won't solve the problem.

Instead we'd like to change the text from 'contact us' to just our email address.

I'm sure it's a simple edit but can't find which file to edit.

I've already posted this query within another thread but think it may have got lost.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks.

I've edited both the heading and navbar but I think the navbar refers to the directory type stucture at the top of the page, rather than the 'contact us' link on the left of every page, which is the bit I'd like to change.

Any ideas?
