Secured and Unsecured Items

Hey yall how do I get that stupid screen with the secured and unsecured form popping up on my site?

It's been a while since you've been around...

 

Get rid of the background image in your header.php file:

Just remove the whole RED code.

 

That file doesn't exist on your server anyway.
