Guest
Hey marius, I had this problem as well - people thought I was mad. The easiest thing is to replace (in the admin directory) orders.php with your original one, as well as replacing categories.php and configuration.php (i.e. replace them with the original files you downloaded with the snapshot) it should work then. Thats been the only way I could fix it.

jalil
Hi Marius, Is this a test order or a real one? What payment module you are using? If the payment is through paypal, then search this forum, there's already discussion about it . Other than that, it is possible that your customer did not complete the process particularly if you are using third party payment processor (it happen to me, third time already). Sorry, can't help you more than this, hope others can help you.
