On checkout it keeps adding tax to EVERYTHING, EVERY STATE when I only want California to be taxed. Can someone, pretty, pretty please, help me look at the settings to see what I am missing? I have been everywhere on this forum for hours trying to find an answer. Here are my settings: Admin --> Configuration: Display Prices with Tax = false Locations / Taxes --> Countries = United States Zone = United States, California Tax, CA Tax Zones = a gold folder called "California tax" . . . then inside that folder is "United States", "California Tax" Tax Classes = CA VAT Tax 7.25% Tax Rates = 0, CA VAT Tax 7.25%, California Tax, 7.25 Also my in my catalog the products are set to --> Tax Class = CA VAT Tax 7.25% I have read this too and still I cannot figure out my problem: http://www.oscommerce.info/docs/english/e_tax_rates. If you click California in that "ZONES" (under Locations /Taxes) on the right it should read Zones Name: California Zones Code: CA Country: United States Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
