Parse error: after shipping mod install

Hi

 

I installed USPS Methods 4_1_4 on oscom 2.2 rc2

 

Everything looked to be fine until I noticed this error at the top of the edit page of usps shipping module

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_GLOBAL, expecting ')' in /home/mysite/public_html/catalog/admin/modules.php(225) : eval()'d code on line 1

I am able to select domestic shipping methods but for international methods there is this text

 

Int'l Shipping Methods

Select the international services to be offered:

 

 

and directly below are insurance rates. No international shipping methods are showing up to select or deselect.

Is this how it's supposed to be for international?
