Guest Posted January 2, 2003 Posted January 2, 2003 Hi all First off, I hope everyone has a happy, successful and profitable New Year! To preface this question, I have gone through just about every posting on the Forum and have re-read the instructions and verified my installation multiple times with reagrds to the CC/GV v4.1 module. I have tried everything I know of and those that others have suggested. I would not be asking for assistance unless I didn't have any other options. I have Ian's Credit Class/Gift Voucher v4.1 contribution installed. The mod is GREAT, but I am unable to have the purchased Gift Voucher appear after Checkout. The purchase DOES show in the customer Order History and I DO get a confirmation email regarding the sale itself. But the Gift Certificate DOES NOT showup in the GV Queue, NOR does it show up in the Customers Gift Voucher Account. It just kinda disappears!?!?!?!? Yes... the Gift Vouchers ARE active in Admin/Modules/Payments... Yes... I do see the Gift Voucher ADMIN section Snapshop - 12/18/2002 I did find a few sporatic posts throughout this forum regarding this same issue, but I didn't find anything that seems to fix it. Ian Posted January 2, 2003 Posted January 2, 2003 Hi, Hope I can try & help. A few basic questions first. What is the snapshot date of osCommerce that you are using. What is the value of GV_IMMEDIATE define in includes/add_application_top.php What products model name have you given the Gift Voucher product. The last is probably the most important. Remember the model name should always start with GIFT for the system to function correctly. Quote Trust me, I'm an Accountant.

When I created the Gift Certificate product items, I made sure that the beginning of the description showed "GIFT" in all caps. DOH!!! I had not yet populated any the products with Model Numbers. :oops: I did... it works... :wink: Ya See, now if I had read the README file a bit more slowly and clearly... Thanks. -R Quote
