Login to your Admin

 

Click on "Configuration"

 

Click on "Images"

 

On that page set the size you want the images to be in the values for:

 

Small Image Width

 

Small Image Height

 

If that doesn't work it's because the template you have chooses to not use those parameters.

it also might be best to actually fix the image size in photoshop or something similar because by changing the size on the admin panel, you are changing the visual size, but the ACTUAL size is still really big which can take a LONG TIME to load on some people's cpu.

Not file, settings.

 

In admin panel :

 

Product Info Image Width 65

Product info Image Height

Small Image Width 65

Small Image Height

Heading Image Width 50

Heading Image Height

Subcategory Image Width 30

Subcategory Image Height

Calculate Image Size true

Image Required false

 

....but do not work ... again !

Try making these the same number:

 

Small Image Width						65   
Small Image Height
