draces1 Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 I'm sure that this has been addressed previously, but I have an existing site with product details and I would like to do a seamless implementation of osCommerce on this site (add buy it now and qty functionality to existing product listings) and I would like the cart to appear as if it's part of my site. I'm sure this has been addressed in the past but I didn't know if there was a faq I could be directed to or something. Here's the site--with a 'buy it now' link on the first product which sends one to the default osCommerce cart. http://www.fincotest.com/ditchwitchstarterrods.html Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Documentation is included in the download release packages http://www.oscommerce.com/solutions/downloads then look in documentation.pdf (it should be the url given by the add to cart button) you whould still need to add prods to the osc.

draces1 Posted June 16, 2008 Author Posted June 16, 2008 OsCommerce is provided in some way by my hosting provider--I didn't even have to install it (which is nice) however, i am less familiar with the documentation as a result. Thanks for your input.
satish Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 You will have to install. They give an interface that can be used to install. Two options: 1)have a seperate catalog folder.SO osc goes in www....com/catalog 2)Do template integration on osc code plus move other files of site plus use info manager.
