Error directly after installation

i want use osCommerce, yesterday i installed osCommerce but if i want see my shop, then i see this error massage:

SAFE MODE Restriction in effect

 

basically your hosting is using the php on their servers in SAFE MODE.

 

you can fix the following way:

1) store the sessions in db

or

2) create the tmp file in catalog folder and set as "Session Directory" in oscommerce.
