Evaluating OSCommerce

I am currently looking for a new shopping cart program can you please tell me if OSCommerce is able to perform the following

 

1. Customer account's i.e when customer purchases he registers with the site and it remembers customer details. This includes previous orders and allows the next order to be based on previous etc. Customer should be able to modify personal details.

 

2. Two or more tier pricing, I want general public to see one price, merchants to see another and distributers to see a third. Also I need prices to change based on quantity

 

3. Attributes - can I have different types of attributes e.g. color, size, logos

size could be anything from small, medium, large

or pant size 28 W x 30 H, 28 W x 32 H, 28 W x 34, then repeat the same but width 30

logos = choose from smily face, grin, sad face icons etc

 

4. Can customer upload logos - ie I have a shirt and want customers to send me a logo they want printed on it

 

5. upload personal details with an item - for instance business cards - need address details

 

6. User configuration - ability to control the look and feel of each page

 

7. Products only displayed based on the user who is logged in. for instance if I am general public I should only see specific items, if I am a distributer I should be able to see everything

 

8. I would like the ability for my clients to be able to change the home page on a regular bases - is there some eay kind of administration tool for this.

 

9. Product configuration/admin tool

 

Sorry there is loads of questions here all in one post, but it would be really helpful if someone can give me a heads start with these questions

the answer has to be Yes and No. No, some features/functions you described are not available out of the box. Yes, it can be modified/customised to fit your needs. best way to find out is to get your hand 'dirty' - download a copy and it could only take 5 minutes to install.
