help please, "Warning: Cannot send session cache limit

I am getting this message when I attempt to go into the Admin area.

I do get in but this info is displayed at the top...

 

Warning: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/secure_html/admin/includes/configure.php:96) in /home/secure_html/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

 

Anyone know why this would be happening?
