Serious Problem - Orders not Showing in Admin, etc...

Hi guys,


I've put a post in the PayPal IPN contrib support forum but no responses, the same from my feedback thread.


Basically, there are three issues:


Firstly, I have orders in my database that haven't gone through paypal. i.e. they haven't paid but the order is in the database as if it had been. I don't know if this order shows up in the customer's user area - that would be pretty bad. I imagine that this will be that the scustomers have gone to PayPal before then chickening out(?) I thought that the order would only get added to the database after payment had been made.


Does this mean that the customer's cart will have been emptied?


Secondly, I'm not getting order confirmation emails. No idea if the customer is or not. I tested this on the PayPal sandbox server before making other changes and I don't know if it is working on the live site.


Lastly, I can't see the orders in my admin area. They are in the database but I can only see them by looking in the database. Not ideal.


Any ideas?
