Guest Posted January 3, 2003 Posted January 3, 2003 Hi, I am having the same problem. In the old system, (pre-November) the comments were included in the customer and extra order email. Now they do not appear. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am using a December snapshot with authorize.net. This is a real pain for my client because the orders are processed via email - not through the OSC admin - and customer comments are not seen. Doesn't anyone have a solution? :(
