page cache module work well but small problem

Hi everyone

 

I have install Chemo’s page cache module on my store this is extremely good. Pages are loading so quickly but only the trouble is I can’t update my store I mean if I add new products of new category its wont display in my category. As I know if I delete cache files form the cache directory then new category or products will be display but I again site will be slow loading until page files created. Anyone have idea to update cache files without deleting existing cache files.
