If your referring to the favicon that is beside the URL address.........the file is on every page that you want to have it shown. The html code looks like this:

 

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://www.yourdomainname.com/catalog/favicon.ico">

 

the favicon can be generated from any pic file at: http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/

I noticed that MANY people have the same 'problem'. Incredible, because its one of the first things that should be done.
