Azim Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 you need to login to your server. And then you will be able to locate this file and change permisisons.
katman1971 Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 you need to login to your server. And then you will be able to locate this file and change permisisons. I know that. I'm logging into my server with my FTP program (filezilla). I'm locating the file and right clicking but I dont see properties or chmod. I see file attributes but I dont see chmod in there. I can't access properties/chmod. I'm obviously doing something wrong Can anyone explain how exactly to access chmod so I can change my setting? Thanks
lastblackjellybean Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 filezilla calls them "file attributes" Edit - Just realised you've found this already. Just thought i'd clarify a bit. After altering the file attributes window, filezilla will send the chmod command to your server, so this in effect the same thing, just this way you don't need to type the command yourself.
