My wife's site (www.craftbugs.co.uk/osc) has just gone live an her first order has come through and been paid for theough paypal - however, there's no record fo the order anywhere? Anyone any ideas?? L!mit Posted June 6, 2008 Share Posted June 6, 2008 With the default oscommerce Paypal module, the customer needs to return to the site for the order to show. If the customer failed to return then the order wont process on your shop. Install paypal_IPN and it will help prevent this- http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/2679 A way to see what they ordered is to install the Master Password add-on and login to their account., the items ordered are usually still saved in their cart.
