Guest Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Hi I've just logged in to the email account and noticed we've had a payment go through successfully, so I logged into the website so I could process the order, but there's no order to process. The email came through at 11:20am, so I thought it may take a few minutes to go through and appear on the admin part of the shop, but it still hasn't appeared. This is the first time this has happened - can anyone help? Cheers.

Usually I just log into my email account, if there's an email stating 'successful payment' I'll then log into the admin part of the shop and take it from there. I did that, but this time there's no order in the admin. I've checked with protx that the payment was successful which it was, I thought the reason why it hadn't shown up on my site was maybe because the customer had cancelled his order, so I emailed him, but he hadn't done that, so I had to ask him what products he had ordered because there was no other way of finding out. I've checked on the site again to see if the order has gone through, I thought maybe there was some sort of delay but it's still not appeared so don't have a clue what's happened. This could prove tricky if it happens again - we all know we have to keep customers happy - I could have had the order shipped out today but because of this problem it's been delayed until tomorrow. So does anyone have any idea what's happened and how I can correct the problem? Cheers

I do not know if protx is similar.
