how to sort product options - not the values

I have added numerous product options through Product Attributes. I would like to be able to change the sort order. There is a sort order column, but it does not have any numbers. I can add a sort number when I add options to product name, but the sort order is not saved. Is this an issue with the product attribute tool, or do I need to install a contribution? I have tried to add the Sort Product Attributes contribution, but this seems to be for sorting values, not the options themselves.

I figured it out. I needed to change the sort by in the product_info.php file.

What did you change in product_info.php to get this to sort the Product Options?

 

I figured it out. I needed to change the sort by in the product_info.php file.
