How do I change the text

Hi,

 

Very new to all this so please excuse me if this is a very silly, basic question.

 

Whenever I change the status of a pending order the customer (i also get a copy) gets sent an email, these email were setup for me but I can'f find out where I go to change the text or layout for them??

 

Any advise would be a huge help.
