Can I Duplicate 'Product Attributes' & change them to 'Shipping Options'?

In reference to a question that I asked in the wrong catagory

Could I have the SHIPPING OPTIONS show up under the 'Available Options' table and select shipping from a dropdown, adding that to the total price within the Product_info.php page.

(Could anybody explain to me in detail how to duplicate the 'Product Attributes' module and rename all of the variables into a Shipping Table, including the correct line(s) to insert and make the 'shipping table' visable in Product_info.php)?

On the Admin side, if anybody knows the possiblility, this could this work in conjunction with AJAX ATTRIBUTE Manager right? AJAX would probably need to be modified too thought. After I understand what primary code to change and any datatbase file changes, it probably wouldn't be hard for me to duplicate the AJAX ATTRIBUTE Manager and easily modify it into the AJAX SHIPPING Manager!

 

Direction and Guidence into the possibilities would be Awesome :)
