fmsurfengel
URGENT REQUEST I just discovered that OScomm computes an erronous product price and shipping cost. The script adds 9.4% to the price I define and also adds 9.4% to the flat rate (shipping cost) I define. Now that I discovered that I can deduct the 9.4% and it seems to work (slight error margin of maybe 0.1% in calculation) . But isn't there a way to correct this problem? THANKS folks, this is an urgent request. If you'd like to help, pls address mails to fmsurfengel@aol.com as well as posting here. THANXXXX!! ocularmagic
Did you check to make sure you have your handling charge set to $0.00 in the admin section? If every member of this board donated $1 to the dev team, that would be over $11,000.00. Don't you think this cart is worth at least a $1???? fmsurfengel
Yes, handling charge define as 0.00 I tried just about any combination in the admin, Tare weight to 0 and so forth. I think it's a calculation error; however, the total calculation (even with the augmented prices) is correct. The error must be BEFORE end calculation. burt
Check your Tax rates.
fmsurfengel
Well, I only have 1 tax rate active, which is 16%, and the sales tax is being calculated correctly. The script adds 9.4% to the PRICE and SHIPPING rate, in fact, it adds 9.4% and THEN adds the sales tax on top of that. Hmmm.... --- Mike, the nerd... ---
